What we list

We welcome submissions from independent developers, teachers, schools, organisations and other IELTS or English learning providers. Suitable tools and services include:

  • IELTS band score calculators and tools that help learners understand their scores.
  • Grammar checkers, writing checkers and automated feedback tools.
  • IELTS writing correction services that provide individual feedback on learners’ work.
  • Study planners, vocabulary tools, pronunciation practice tools and other useful learning tools.

Your tool listing and links

Accepted tools and services are listed with a name, short description, purposes, pricing category and provider credit. Readers follow the title link to access your tool or service page.

Please provide two URLs for your listing:

  • One tool or service link. The title links to the page where readers can use the tool or learn how to access the service. Send the specific URL you want readers to open.
  • One provider or organisation link. The name shown under “Provided by” links to your personal website, blog profile or about page, or your organisation’s homepage. Provide both the displayed name and its destination URL.

Each listing supports these two links only. The description is plain text. Both destinations are subject to editorial review.

A provider portrait or organisation / brand logo is optional. You may send a link to the image or attach it to your email. The image appears to the left of the provider name under “Provided by”. An image URL is used to supply the image and is separate from the two listing links.

You may also suggest additional tags describing specific features or topics, separated by commas. Additional tags are optional. We may adjust tags and purposes during review.

Pricing and access

Free, freemium and paid tools or services may be submitted. Choose one pricing category:

  • Free: Available at no charge.
  • Freemium: Free features with paid upgrades.
  • Paid: Payment is required.

Tell us about registration requirements, free usage limits, trials or subscriptions that readers need to understand before use. This category describes your tool or service; listing on Auvoxi is currently free.

Submission guidelines

  • A clear learning purpose. Explain what the tool or service does, who it is for and how it supports IELTS preparation or English learning.
  • A working access page. Provide a page where readers can use the tool or understand how to access or purchase the service.
  • Accurate feature information. Describe the functions and limitations clearly. For feedback services, explain whether feedback is automated, provided by a person or combines both.
  • Transparent pricing. Choose the appropriate pricing category and disclose important access conditions.
  • A description you can share. Supply a short description you are entitled to submit and avoid unsupported claims.

How to submit a tool or service

Email [email protected] with the subject line Tool Submission — Your Tool or Service Name.

Please include:

  1. Your tool or service name and a short description.
  2. The tool or service URL to link from the title.
  3. The provider or organisation name for “Provided by”, and the website URL to link from that name.
  4. An optional provider portrait or organisation / brand logo, supplied as an image URL or email attachment.
  5. Your selected tool purposes and any optional additional tags.
  6. Your pricing category: Free, Freemium or Paid, with important usage limits or access conditions.
  7. Your name and your relationship to the tool, service or its provider.

You can include all details in the email body.

Editorial review

We review submissions for relevance, usefulness, clarity and accessibility. Submissions from other IELTS and English learning providers are considered on the same editorial basis. We may accept, decline or request changes to a proposed listing.

We may make minor edits to the listing’s name, description, purposes and tags for accuracy and clarity. Substantial changes to its meaning will be agreed with you before publication.

Submission does not guarantee inclusion. A listing does not guarantee Google indexing or any particular search ranking.

Listing terms

By submitting a tool or service, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the submitted listing information and that, to the best of your knowledge, it is accurate.

Auvoxi reviews each submission before publication. We may edit listing information for clarity and consistency, request changes, decline a submission, or remove a listing if it is no longer relevant, accurate or accessible.

Tools, services, websites, trademarks and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. A listing on Auvoxi does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation unless explicitly stated.

Tool submission and listing are currently free. Submission does not guarantee publication or continued listing.
