When you use features such as Writing reports, Speaking reports, Speaking Simulator, or Ask AI Tutor, the text, transcript, answer, prompt, audio-derived text, or other input needed to provide the feature may be processed by our systems and by third-party service providers.
We use this processing to generate feedback, scoring support, explanations, practice assistance, learning reports, and related educational outputs requested by you.
We do not sell your private learning submissions. We do not claim ownership of your private writing or speaking submissions. We do not use your Writing submissions, Speaking recordings, transcripts, reports, or Ask AI Tutor conversations to train our own AI models.
Our paid AI and speech processing providers are configured so customer prompts, responses, audio, and transcripts are not used for model training or product improvement.
Please do not submit highly sensitive personal information into free-form fields, including government ID numbers, passwords, payment credentials, medical information, financial account information, or private information about other people.
