Share useful study materials with IELTS candidates, English learners and educators. Submit your resource for editorial review and possible inclusion in Auvoxi’s study resource collection.

What we list

We welcome resources from teachers, independent creators, schools, organisations and other IELTS or English learning providers. Suitable materials include:

  • PDFs, worksheets, workbooks, lesson notes and downloadable study packs.
  • Listening recordings, audio transcripts and listening practice materials.
  • Reading passages and exercises, writing prompts and model answers, and speaking questions and practice activities.
  • Grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and exam preparation materials, including useful videos and web-based study resources.

Your resource listing and links

Accepted resources are listed with a title, short description, relevant categories and provider credit. Readers access the resource on the linked website.

Please provide the resource URL for your listing. You may also provide a provider or organisation URL.

  • Resource link — required. The resource title links directly to the specific resource page or file. Send the URL readers should open to access the material.
  • Provider or organisation link — optional. The name shown under “Provided by” can link to your personal website, blog profile or about page, or your organisation’s homepage.

Each listing supports up to these two links. The description is plain text. Link destinations are subject to editorial review.

A provider portrait or organisation / brand logo is optional. You may send a link to the image or attach it to your email. The image appears to the left of the provider name under “Provided by”. An image URL is used to supply the image and is separate from the listing links.

Choose your resource categories

In your email, choose at least one skill. Add any applicable topics and formats from the options below. You may select multiple options in each group.

  • Skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking, General English.
  • Topics — optional: Grammar, Vocabulary, Pronunciation, Exam Strategies, Practice Tests, Other.
  • Formats — optional: PDF / Document, Audio, Video, Web Page, Resource Pack.
  • Additional tags — optional: Suggest specific topics or features, separated by commas. We may adjust tags and categories during review.

Resource guidelines

  • A clear learning purpose. Explain what the material contains, who it is for and how it supports IELTS preparation or English learning.
  • A specific, working link. Link to the resource itself or its dedicated access page, so readers can find the material easily.
  • Accurate access information. Tell us if the resource requires payment, registration, a subscription or any other steps before use.
  • Lawfully shared material. The resource must be made available by its owner or an authorised publisher.
  • An accurate description. Supply a short description you are entitled to share. Explain the material clearly and avoid unsupported claims.

How to submit a resource

Email [email protected] with the subject line Resource Submission — Your Resource Title.

Please include:

  1. Your resource title and a short description.
  2. The resource URL to link from the title.
  3. The provider or organisation name for “Provided by”, and an optional website URL to link from that name.
  4. An optional provider portrait or organisation / brand logo, supplied as an image URL or email attachment.
  5. Your selected skills, topics and formats, plus any optional additional tags.
  6. Any payment, registration or subscription requirements for accessing the resource.
  7. Your name and your relationship to the resource or its provider.

You can include all details in the email body. Please provide the resource URL rather than attaching the full resource files.

Editorial review

We review resources for relevance, usefulness, clarity and accessibility. Submissions from other IELTS and English learning providers are considered on the same editorial basis. We may accept, decline or request changes to a proposed listing.

We may make minor edits to the listing’s title, description and categories for accuracy and clarity. Substantial changes to its meaning will be agreed with you before publication.

Submission does not guarantee inclusion. A listing does not guarantee Google indexing or any particular search ranking.

Listing terms

By submitting a resource, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the submitted listing information and that, to the best of your knowledge, it is accurate.

Auvoxi reviews each submission before publication. We may edit listing information for clarity and consistency, request changes, decline a submission, or remove a listing if it is no longer relevant, accurate or accessible.

Resources, websites, trademarks and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. A listing on Auvoxi does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation unless explicitly stated.

Resource submission and listing are currently free. Submission does not guarantee publication or continued listing.
