Credits are shared across Auvoxi’s AI-powered features, including AI Writing reports, Speaking Simulator sessions and Ask AI. Credits are deducted according to actual usage. Listening Test and Reading Test do not use credits.
Yes. Listening Test and Reading Test include 17 sets each and are available with full access without using credits.
AI Writing may temporarily hold 3,500 credits before generating a report. The final charge is adjusted according to the actual AI processing required. If the evaluation fails, the temporary hold is refunded automatically.
Speaking Simulator uses credits during the session and for the final Speaking report. The final amount depends on the test mode, recording length, examiner responses and AI processing required. If a charged step fails, eligible credits are refunded automatically.
Yes. Ask AI may temporarily hold 300 credits before generating an answer. The final charge is adjusted according to the actual AI processing required. If the request fails or uses less than the temporary hold, the eligible difference is returned automatically.
Paid plans include a set number of Human Reviews per billing cycle. Each Human Review covers one Task 1 or Task 2 submission and is delivered as a private PDF. The target return time is within 12 hours. Human Review does not use Credits and does not generate an AI report.
No. Unused Human Reviews expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over. If you upgrade during the same billing cycle, the full Human Review allowance from the new plan is added to your current allowance.
No. After you confirm the submission and it enters Processing, one Human Review allowance is deducted. The submission cannot be edited, cancelled or refunded, so you should confirm that your question and essay are complete before submitting.
Free credits refresh monthly based on the account registration date. Paid-plan credits are added after a successful renewal for the next billing cycle. You can view the relevant billing and access dates in Billing.
Free credits reset to the Free monthly allowance each cycle and do not roll over. Paid plans support monthly credit rollover, capped at twice the current plan’s monthly credit allowance. New monthly credits are then added on top of the allowed rollover balance.
When you upgrade, the new plan’s full monthly Credits allowance is added to your current remaining balance. Credits from your current cycle are not lost during an upgrade. The new plan’s full Human Review allowance is also added for the current billing cycle.
You can cancel from the Billing section inside your Auvoxi Subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewals, but you keep your current paid-plan access until the end of the billing period. After the billing period ends, your account returns to the Free plan.
Your current plan’s storage limits are shown in the plan cards above. These limits apply to AI Writing reports, AI Speaking reports and Speaking Retake records. Human Review reports are permanent and do not count toward these storage limits.
If you delete an AI Writing report, AI Speaking report or Speaking Retake record, it is removed from your saved history and deleted from cloud storage. Human Review submissions and delivered PDFs are permanent records and cannot be deleted from the Human Review interface.
Yes. Free users can use AI Writing, Speaking Simulator and Ask AI while they have enough Credits available. Human Review is available only with eligible paid plans.
