Yes. Listening Test and Reading Test include 17 sets each and are available with full access without using credits.
Writing Evaluation may temporarily hold 3,500 credits before generating a report. The final charge is adjusted based on the actual AI processing required. If the evaluation fails, the temporary hold is refunded automatically.
Speaking Simulator uses credits during the session and for the final Speaking report. The final amount depends on the test mode, recording length, examiner responses, and AI processing required. If a charged step fails, eligible credits are refunded automatically.
Yes. Ask AI may temporarily hold 300 credits before generating an answer. The final charge is adjusted based on the actual AI processing required. If the request fails or uses less than the temporary hold, the difference is returned automatically.
Credits refresh monthly based on your account or subscription cycle. Free users refresh based on their account registration date. Paid users refresh based on their subscription billing cycle.
Free credits reset to the Free monthly allowance each cycle and do not roll over. Paid plans support monthly credit rollover, capped at twice the current plan's monthly credit allowance. Your new monthly credits are then added on top of the allowed rollover balance.
When you upgrade, your new plan's monthly credits are added to your current remaining balance. Credits from your current cycle are not lost during an upgrade.
You can cancel from the Billing section inside your Auvoxi Subscription page. If you cancel your subscription, your renewal is cancelled but you keep your current paid plan access until the end of the billing period. After the billing period ends, your account returns to the Free plan.
Free users can store up to 3 Writing reports, 3 Speaking reports, and 3 Retake records. Starter users can store up to 10 each. Standard users can store up to 250 Writing reports, 250 Speaking reports, and 60 Retake records. Pro users can store up to 750 Writing reports, 750 Speaking reports, and 200 Retake records. Scale users can store up to 2,250 Writing reports, 2,250 Speaking reports, and 700 Retake records. Scholar users can store up to 7,500 Writing reports, 7,500 Speaking reports, and 2,300 Retake records.
If you delete a report or retake record, it is removed from your saved history and deleted from cloud storage.
Yes. Free users can use Writing Test, Speaking Simulator, and Ask AI as long as they have enough credits available.
