1. Summary

Auvoxi provides digital IELTS practice tools, subscription access, credits, AI-powered reports, Speaking Simulator sessions, Ask AI Tutor support, saved reports, retake records, and related online learning services.

Because these are digital, credit-based, and AI-powered services that may become available immediately after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, credits have been issued, credits have been used, reports have been generated, or paid services have been consumed.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases, renewals, subscriptions, credits, and paid access made for Auvoxi, unless a different written policy is expressly provided at checkout or a refund is required by applicable law.

Auvoxi is designed primarily for use on desktop or laptop computers. Mobile browsers, small screens, tablets, unsupported browsers, local device limitations, or user-side setup issues may not provide full functionality and do not automatically qualify for a refund.

2. Digital Service and Credit-Based Access

Auvoxi uses credits for certain AI-powered features. Credits may be used for features such as Writing reports, Speaking Simulator sessions, Speaking reports, Ask AI Tutor requests, and other eligible paid or AI-powered services.

Credits are digital usage units. Credits are not cash, stored value, currency, property, or a bank balance. Credits cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or used outside Auvoxi.

Once credits are used, the related digital service has been consumed. Used credits, generated reports, used Speaking Simulator sessions, used Ask AI Tutor requests, and other consumed digital services are generally not refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Unless required by applicable law, we generally do not provide refunds for:

  • change of mind after purchase;
  • failure to cancel before a renewal date;
  • partial use of a billing period;
  • unused time remaining in a subscription period after cancellation;
  • used credits or consumed AI-powered services;
  • Writing reports that have already been generated;
  • Speaking reports or Speaking Simulator sessions that have already been used or generated;
  • Ask AI Tutor requests that have already been submitted or answered;
  • dissatisfaction with learning progress, AI feedback, estimated scores, or exam results;
  • mistaken plan selection, unless we decide otherwise as a one-time exception;
  • regional network issues, local device issues, mobile or small-screen limitations, unsupported browsers, ISP restrictions, VPN/proxy interference, or local payment limitations;
  • loss of access caused by your violation of our Terms of Service, payment abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass credits or limits.

4. Renewal Payments

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. A renewal charge is generally not refundable simply because you forgot to cancel, did not use the service during the renewed period, or changed your mind after renewal. Renewal terms, billing intervals, prices, taxes, and cancellation options may be shown at checkout, in your account, or through the applicable billing management process.

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already paid.

After cancellation, you may generally keep paid access until the end of the current paid billing period, unless your account is suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, chargeback, payment issues, security reasons, or violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Refund Exceptions

We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved. A refund may be considered only in limited situations, including but not limited to the examples below:

  • a duplicate charge for the same account and same subscription period;
  • a payment amount charged incorrectly because of a confirmed billing error;
  • a serious technical failure on our side that prevents access to paid features for a sustained period and cannot reasonably be resolved;
  • a refund required by applicable law.

We may deny a refund request if credits were used, AI services were consumed, reports were generated, the issue was caused by the user’s device/network/browser/payment environment, or the request appears abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this Refund Policy.

6. Approved Refunds and Account Access

If a refund is approved, the refund will usually be sent back to the original payment method through Paddle or the applicable payment infrastructure. Because Paddle may act as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for purchases made through Paddle Checkout, some refund requests, payment disputes, tax refunds, or buyer support issues may be handled through Paddle’s buyer support or payment process as well as our own review process. Processing time depends on Paddle, the applicable payment infrastructure, and financial institutions involved.

If a refund is approved, we may cancel the related subscription, revoke paid access, remove unused credits issued by the refunded purchase, remove related entitlements, restrict further use of the refunded service, or close the account if necessary to prevent double use, abuse, or unfair access.

If the refunded purchase has already been used to generate reports, consume AI services, or access paid features, we may reduce or deny the refund, or require account closure before issuing an exception refund.

7. How to Request a Refund Review

To request a refund review, contact us at: [email protected]

Please include:

  • the email address used for your Auvoxi account;
  • the Paddle order ID, transaction ID, subscription ID, invoice ID, or payment confirmation ID, if available;
  • the subscription plan or payment you are asking about;
  • the reason for your refund request;
  • screenshots, error messages, or details if the request is based on a technical issue.

We may ask for additional information to verify the account, payment, subscription status, credit usage, and service usage before making a decision.

We will review refund requests within a reasonable time, but review time may depend on the information provided, Paddle or payment processor records, transaction status, and the financial institutions involved.

8. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Payment Abuse

If you open a payment dispute, chargeback, payment reversal, Paddle buyer support request, or similar claim related to a paid transaction, we may suspend, limit, or review your account while the payment issue is investigated. This is necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, double recovery, or continued use of disputed paid services.

Chargeback abuse, false claims, repeated payment disputes, attempts to receive both a refund and continued access, attempts to bypass our billing system, or attempts to exploit credits may result in account suspension, termination, removal of credits, loss of paid access, and refusal of future service.

We encourage users to contact us first so we can review the issue directly before a payment dispute is opened.

9. Plan Changes, Downgrades, and Unused Access

Plan changes, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, or changes in your usage needs do not automatically create a right to a refund.

If you downgrade or cancel, your account may lose access to certain paid features, storage limits, credits, or entitlements according to the product rules and subscription status.

Unused credits, unused report storage, unused retake storage, or unused subscription time are generally not refundable unless required by applicable law or approved by us as an exception.

10. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue, contact us with details. We may attempt to fix the issue, provide troubleshooting steps, restore access, or review your account before considering any refund.

We generally do not refund for issues caused by unsupported browsers, mobile or small-screen limitations, unstable local networks, VPN/proxy interference, device limitations, user-side configuration, third-party outages outside our reasonable control, or regional connectivity restrictions.

11. Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy, we will handle the request according to that law.

Where the law allows digital, customized, consumed, or immediately delivered services to be non-refundable, this Refund Policy applies to the maximum extent permitted.

12. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will post the updated version on this page and change the “Effective Date” above.

Continued use of the Services or continued subscription activity after the updated Refund Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated Refund Policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
