We use this processing to generate feedback, scoring support, explanations, practice assistance, learning reports, and related educational outputs requested by you.
We do not sell your private learning submissions. We do not claim ownership of your private writing or speaking submissions. We do not use your Writing submissions, Speaking recordings, transcripts, reports, or Ask AI Tutor conversations to train our own AI models.
Our paid AI and speech processing providers are configured so customer prompts, responses, audio, and transcripts are not used for model training or product improvement.
Please do not submit highly sensitive personal information into free-form fields, including government ID numbers, passwords, payment credentials, medical information, financial account information, or private information about other people.

Depending on your location and applicable law, we may process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with external recipients for their own marketing purposes. We also do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms may be defined under applicable privacy laws.
We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:
Accepted editorial content and agreed listing information are made publicly available. Depending on the submission, this may include an article or research text, title, summary, author or provider name, biography, affiliation, optional portrait or logo, profile or website link, publisher information, and publication details.
Before publishing personal information supplied for editorial credit, we confirm the intended public information with the contributor and obtain the relevant individual's separate consent where required by applicable law. Submitting a proposal alone does not authorize publication of every item in the submission. Contact email addresses and private editorial correspondence are not included in public author profiles or listings unless separately agreed.
Public pages may be viewed, indexed, linked to, or copied by search engines and other third parties. We can remove information from public pages we control, but we cannot directly control independently retained copies or search engine caches.
We are located in China, and our website, servers, service providers, and users may be located in different countries or regions. Your information may therefore be processed, stored, or transferred outside the country or region where you live, including China, Singapore, and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable steps to protect personal information during cross-border processing and transfers, including using service providers that apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:
Some information may be deleted automatically or limited according to your plan, such as report storage limits or retake record storage limits. If your account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal information where reasonably feasible, except where we need to retain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, dispute, or legitimate operational reasons.
Published Editorial Content: accepted articles, research, listings, and agreed author or provider information may remain published for as long as Auvoxi continues to operate and the relevant permission remains valid, subject to withdrawal requests, privacy rights, and applicable law. We do not set a fixed publication expiry date. Publication is managed separately from a contributor's learning account; account deletion alone is not treated as an editorial withdrawal request.
Private Editorial Records: unpublished submissions, private contact details, correspondence, and permission records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for review, contributor communication, publication management, documenting permissions, resolving disputes, or meeting legal obligations. Withdrawal from public view does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every related private record, but any continued retention must remain necessary for those purposes and comply with applicable law.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can manage some information directly through your account settings, such as your given name, account data export request, saved sessions, or account deletion request where available.
To request access, correction, deletion, export, or other privacy-related action, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will review privacy-related requests within a reasonable time and respond as required by applicable law.
Editorial Corrections and Withdrawal: you may request corrections to your author or provider information, removal of your portrait or profile link, or withdrawal of an article, research publication, or listing by emailing [email protected]. Identify the relevant page and explain your relationship to the content. We accept withdrawal requests and, after verifying the requester's identity and authority, will remove the relevant publication or listing from public view within a reasonable time.
You may also contact [email protected] to exercise privacy rights concerning editorial information. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Any necessary retention of private records is handled as described in the Data Retention section.
We may refuse or limit a request where permitted by law, including where the request is fraudulent, abusive, technically impossible, would affect the rights of others, or where retention is required for legal, payment, security, fraud prevention, dispute, or enforcement reasons.
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, support dashboard and practice functionality, save local interface settings, prevent abuse, measure performance, and improve the Services.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or local storage may affect login, subscription access, practice pages, saved interface preferences, and other core functionality.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide consent or control mechanisms for non-essential cookies or analytics tools.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, security monitoring, and anti-abuse measures.
